ok but seriously this is kind of pissing me off
if you know that you are trading non-genuine pins to cast members and other guests at the parks then way to be a world class jerk
if someone informs you and you continue to trade those pins and get angry about it, you are also a world class jerk
why?
because it’s unfair
and just tip here, but be really damn careful when you buy giant mystery pin lots on eBay or the like because most of those pins are scrappers
aren’t sure??
check here or ask here before trading those pins!!
the first link takes you to a database where nearly every single pin is listed!! if there’s a known scrapper of it, it will tell you how to identify it, or at the minimum allow for comparison
the second brings you to a group of experienced traders that can also help you out!! wOW NEAT
also be really really careful when trading with CMs too!! because people buy these fake pins and trade them mainly with the cast members, so most of their pins right now aren’t good
so if you take anything away from this rant just remember
make sure your pins are real and don’t be a dick about it and still trade them if they aren’t
